Why delay to delivered

Sir

I have sent original document from Bahrain to india (Tamilnadu kanyakumary,nagercoil) dated 1st November 2011, Last week,Bahrain customer care telling your post cover now in Mumbai, please deliver soon,my EMS no : EE000205072BH.

WHY SPEED POST EN118014100IN NOT DELIVERED. NEITHER RETURN TO SENDER.PLEASE INFORM
