[Resolved]  Speedpost — delay delay of speed post

i sent one speed post containing rakhie to my son arunbala.g. at electronic city gurgaon from thillainagar postoffice tiruchi 620018 on 03/08/2009 under receipt no ET[protected]IN so as to reach him on 05/08/2009 and the same was assured by the staff at the booking counter. but while tracing the delivery of the letter i come to under stand that it has been delivered only on 08/08/09 the purpose of which not solved. the department may atleast infuture dont give such wrong assurance. whether the staff can compensate me for the belated delivery of the article?
