I purchased a spice handset from Spice Horspot located at B-G-9, Aditya mega Mall, indirapuram on 11/3/12, model MI-280.

After 3 days of purchase the phone went blank & hotspot denied to replace the phone & kept with them for 15 days in the name of repair. Post that again after 7 days the phone went blank & again they repaired. after a month again the phone started giving problem & spice kept the phone in the name of repair.
Though I have been following up since last 21 days, I have not received the phone.
I have spent 5600 Rupees for this phone & shocked with the kind of product they have sold.

Its a complete cheating with the consumers. Action should be taken & I should get the money back.
