I have booked a To and Fro Flight ticket for Bangalore – Jaipur Sector (Date of Journey- 12th Jan and rerun on 20th Jan) in the 3rd week of September, almost 4 months before the travel date.
However last Sunday I got a call from Spice jet stating that this Flight is cancelled due to Operational reason- NOT SURE WHAT IS THAT, thus I have to re plan my journey as follows:-
11th Jan- Bangalore – Hybd and then on 12th Hybd to Jaipur. Due to this break up of the journey I have to stay whole night at Hybd.
It is indeed very dis – heartening to state that the Airlines is not providing any accommodation for one night and is just saying we cannot provide any accommodation. Smitha: from Gurgaon was the Customer Representative whom I was having conversation with.
The representative was saying that there is a lounge and I can wait there…But there are no sleeping beds in that Lounge ..How is it possible to sit entire night?? And Why should the passenger suffer for the whole night for the fault of an Airline?? Was this information helpful? |
