[Resolved]  Spice Jet Airlines — No Intimation about Preponing of Flight

Respected Sir

I am top Executive working in farflung area in J&k.I booked my confirmed ticket for my family from Chennai to Jammu with with spicejet for 21st May 2012 unde PNR NO BYLTDF in flight no SG912. As per my ticket my departure time was 07.50 hrs.I reported at counter at 6.45, but I was informed that flight was preponed at 7.15 .No information was communicated to me by any mode although they told that they send mail to me.They failed to produce any record of communication to me. lateron After checking all record it was proven that they did not inform me, Whereas it was their responsebility to inform me on telephone or through Sms whith they did not,After.Sensing their blunder they booked my flight for 22nd May 2012.

This type of irresponsible and unfrofessional approach of spicejet mangement has put me and my family in big problem( financial as well a mental )as I have very very urgent official meeting on 21st May at Jammu and my wife working as doctor will loose very important assignment for which Spice jet Airline cannot be absolved. Right now I along with my family are stranded at Airport and seek your valueable help

Spice Jet — Lack of Information and irresponsibility

I had a flight from Delhi-Goa sceduled at 10.40 am. I got my boarding pass at 10.00 am and was waiting at the gate. When I approached them to board the flight at 10.24 am, he said the flight has gone. I was surprised as 15-16 minutesd were left to depart. However, they did not let me pass the gate and said its gone. I had no option but to come back. I looked for my luggae and waited for atleast an hour. Then one person cam with my luggage and said the luggage was taken out of the flight.

How did they knew from before that I would miss my flight?? and how did they took out my luggage from before. Also very cleverly they wrote incorrect Reporting Time saying its a code number. Now when we made complain at the spiec jet counter, they told ur reporting time exceeded the boarding time. All my time, my money, my efforts went into drain and I had to report at my office.. I felt so helpless and came back.

INDIAN EMPLOYEES ARE A SHAME TO OUR COUNTRY. These govt people have no respect and no concern for any one. They just know how to make money and nothing else.

SOME ONE PLZ HELP US FROM THESE PEOPLE WHO CHEAT INNOCENT PASSENGERS. ..
