Spice jet was offering its 7Th anniversary offer on 23rd of may 2012 from 7.00 am to 8.17 am that is for 77 minutes and the offer was the basic fare to any destination amongst the 35 destinations in India would be just rupees 777 only. I managed to book a flight from Bombay to Bangalore at 7:50 A.M, and the money deducted from my net banking account was Rs. 3285. I thought it was a mistake on the airlines part and called up the customer care in the morning where I was asked to provide them with the ref id. after 1 hour and it was told that they would refund the money within 4-5 days. When I called after an hour to give my reference id. the customer care executive refused to refund the money and said that the terms and conditions mentioned that there were limited seats available. I had gone through the terms and conditions thoroughly and did not see it written anywhere that it was on first come first serve basis or had limited seats. This offer seems to be a complete fraud and has cheated me of my money. I could have very well booked a much cheaper flight in any other airline
