I purchased a ticket for Rs.2207/- online for one of my colleagues and made paid through my credit card on[protected] under booking refrence ICCDAQ, then a cancelled the ticket on[protected] on line on which the airlines deducted a sum of Rs.750/- as cancellation charges. Then I called the helpline of the airlines for refund of the balance amount of Rs.1457/- by transfer to my credit card which they assured me shall be credited within a period of 2-3 days. But after a lapse of about 20 days no credit has been given to my credit card account. Was this information helpful? |
While my onward journey flight got delayed, my return flight was cancelled by SpiceJet.
There was no mail in this regard, at all, not even an inconvienece regretted mailer.
I tried calling on listed customer care numbers, from different cell nos and different operators.
Each said this is not a valid no.
(My phone was pickpocketed)
I dropped a mail too to enquire on rescheduling but no response even after two buisness days.
I want a refund of the air-ticket.
I had to pay double to book my return flight. And if I could recoup the money lost.
