Hi, My name is Rahul Kapoor
I am writing this mail in reference to SPICE JET AIRLINES

Actually, they had this offer going on.. tat if you will book a flight with them on 23rd may from 7 am to 8.17 am.. you will get it for around Rs. 777/- (excluding taxes) and i tried to book it on internet, i started booking it from 07:05 am and i continusly tried it to book the ticket till the end of offer... but i was not even able to reach their second page.. and even if i was able to they were not letting me process my paqyment.. it kept saying loading.. i just wanted to ask if they knew this is going to happen.. why they didnot tackled with their surveyor going soo busy.. i did book a ticket though at 08:30 am as soon as the scheme ended.. but what is the point.. i booked it because ii was urgent + i was highly irritated by airlines to even check any other.. is this what they will do ??

and also i just didnot tried their internet site.. while i was trying there.. i was consistently dialling their customer care number [protected] and guess what!! i was not ready to even reach the ivr in 1 hr.. but there was 1 time when i did.. a customer care agent answered my call and den he asked what do i need.. i asked him to book a flight.. he dissconnected the phone on my face.. after telling me to try on net.. though i did book a ticket on telephone b4 and i knw then can..

i want this issue to go ahead,.. and want spice get officials to actually appologise to their customers..

also, ill be takin media help also on this case..

TO HELL WITH THEIR 7th ANNIVERSARY.. i just wish to god they never see their 8Th and they are finished much worse than kingfisher.. !!
