myself sanjeev chaudhary has given my mobile phone "spice d88n" for repaire to spice care center in karnal on 3rd june, 2009.one emloyee is there name Sarita said to me to take mobilew after repairing 7 days. till now they r saying take your mobile after 7 day more. employees of spice care center talk with customer rudly.it's one month later today. when i will got my mobile.spice care is providing very bad services.pls help me out from d problem. spice mobile datails product name Spice model no. d88n IMEI No. [protected] workorder no. provide by spice care center is SHR[protected] address of spice care is M/S SACH TELECOME shop no. -31, khalsa school market, opposite sanjeev hospital market, Railway road, karnal, Haryana. mobile no. This is to share with you that I purchased Spice mobile model number D88n . But after some days I felt that I have purchased a harrasment for me as it started giving trouble to me like when I receive message from some one it come as a blank message and approximately 8 to 9 time I submitted my handset to service center and this the 10 time my younger brother submitted the handset in the service center. Job Sheet Id : 038, Book No. 3677, Location Code. 105, and submitted in the name of Ravi Kumar.
Sir what u think that its not a harrasment for a local person I don’t want to escalate the issue to you but now I am totally fed up with the servies of Hot Spot & Urs and you all have forced me to escalate this issue to globally as well and to media channel as well so that every body gets aware of your services+ your partners services.
This is not the limit I have called to your so called customer care overthere a girl known as Neha picked up the call and I told her about all the incident and the full story after she told me that to replace the handset u have to again visit to the service center they will provide u DOA certificate collect that and complaint to us after that she also provide a number of some escalation manager but that chap was not picking up the call ...must be enjoying after making customer fool.
Sir its highly requested from you kindly replaced my handset and provide me some new handset I will not accept that stupid handset and Talla from you all .
