unlawful deduction

My mobile service number is 9844897569 .Rs 25/- is being deducted towards voice chat service since Nov/2010 though it was not asked for. As advised by karkala outlet, meassages 'DAD' and 'DND' to 50789 did not evoke any action. On 14th Jan a person of the firm promised that deductions would be stopped in future but there was deduction on 17/01/10.The local outlet had misguided me.
