spice mobile model 5252 — battery problem

It was a dualism f phone and its battery get discharge within the thirty minutes while using audio player

It seems me that In this set we can't record good quality of video and which image we want to open that is not open properly its processing time is very high

i have spice m5252 this mobiel is very problem firstly battery problem, softwere problem when i open call logs this mobail so mobail be switch off please tell me about these problem.

This Mobile Video IS very Bad Slow And Down Play

I purchased M5252 model spice on August 27th 2009. From that date itself the video is not functioning properly. It moves frame by frame. When contacted your service center Deproys Technologiies they told that it works like that only in the format of the model.. The camera function is also not well and it always moves frame by frame. Is it software problem or the mobile's strength is so. Kindly let me know about this. Also sometimes the Menu Burton is not working. I have to give four or five times pressure. I am purely dissatisfied with the manufacture Shall Iexchange this with any other spice models. Kindly suggest and reply to my email..

i've spice M-5252 and one biggest prob of this phone is when i press call button(from master) it display speciial characters and throw an error msg "Unrecognized number" and sometimes automatic switch off.

software problem is occur too.

can't connect to pc.

basically for internet connectivity
but it seems it is not worthwhile to using such a phone
