[Resolved] Spice Mobile Phones — Negligence in repair | |
I had purchased a SPICE mobile phone on[protected]. My handset SPICE S-650 is under one year warranty. After it developed some problem in its ringer and its loud speaker sound quality suddenly became poor, I submitted it to my nearest customer care centre of SPICE mobile in Bokaro Steel City.I had submitted it on April 01, 2009. Since then I have visited the customer care store 5 times and after 18 days, there is no sign of my mobile. The storekeeper is denying to provide any information to me regarding the same. He has sent it to some other city but he is refusing to share any information with me about the status of handset. Kindly help me in this case. Was this information helpful? | |

Turning ON & Off continuously, Display not working, low network coverageI have a set of spice mobile model M-5252 in special warranty (for special warranty extra charge of Rs. 500) period. i got above problem in month Jan.i submitted my set to service center but still not received every time customer care executive inform me it is under process.. Mobile is still with service center people. The Service Center is still not giving us a straight answer. Please help us in this regard

Spice Mobile - S9 — Mobile Company Not Repaire set after 2 Months
HelloI have Purchased Spice Mobile set S-9 dated 21/11/2009 but after 2 months it got out of order, so i gave that set for repaire but after 2 months still neither Service Center return set nor Spice Company revert with satisfied answer.
I am continous follow up with Customer Care as well as Mr. Himanshu (Sr. Executive) but each & every time they gave me unsatisfied answer,

I think this is a manufacturing problem.I submitted it to my nearest customer care centre with in four days of purchase. It is therefore requested to change my set for customer satisfaction and goodwill of your company not waiting me any longer.

Mainey kal ek spice ka phone liya tha Model no. M5151, RS/- 2960, but raat honey key baad vo aapney aap hi bajney laga...mainey uskey saaath kuch nahi kiya tha but phir bhi vo appney aap hi baaj raha tha...kripiya karkey mere ko is problem sey mukht karey...

The above peoples are not providing any concrete information and Not Responsible on their duty.
Jr. and senior staff members are useless.
They dont keep proper record of customer but they harrased customer by demanding new new things again and again.
When customer call on there office no.[protected] they dont pickup and if picked up straightway refused to give information by saying we dont know anything.

I purchased Spice mobile Model no: D88G on 13-June-2009. Within a month Keypad stopped working and i submitted the phone to service center and said within 2 week u will get back ur phone. But i got my mobile after around 2 months and they SWAPPED phone and gave us some phone with new IMEI number.
After recieving the mobile a new problem arised on the same day. This time CDMA card was not accepting. and again i submitted and recieved after a week. and within the same week again keypad stoped working and finally i again submitted to the service centre and they told this time you will get new piece from company but after one na d half month they returned same piece but CDMA card was not accepting again.
Finally i got irritated and didn't approached service centre many days.
When again i visited service centre for servicing they denied to accept phone by saying your Purchas Bill doesnt have Vat Paid Stamp.
When and company has started new rule to accept only those bills who has stamp of Vat. I requested them this is not the first time and how you can denied even you have record also of previous services and they said we dont have any record.
Finnaly i have again taken a new bill from dealer with stamp and went back to the service centre but now they refused by saying this IMEI no. is not valid.
When i got angree and shouted on the person who was accepted my last time problem then the incharge accept this and said within 15 days you will get your phone back.
I dont understand how company appoint peoples those who even dont have sense how to behave with customer.
Today when i called the person in service centre she said i dont know when ur phone will come.
This is the way they are giving us service.
Even still I am unbale to understand SPICE mobile swapping policy!

i am facing a lot of problems just after i bought this phone of your company. i have given this phone to -there service center just after four days of purchase . this phone was not showing memory card so that i have given this to the service center workorder no : shr[protected] they people are saying that this cannot repair here so they will send this mobile to the company and it will take 15 to 20 days . i am working in roaming area so that i have bought this phone . but the response of this phone and there service center persons is very poor . they dont understand my problem . daily i make a call to them , but they dont have any response .

I am using Spice Mobile Handset D-88n with IMEI:[protected], due to some fault i return it for the repairing purpose, 2-3 months ago, but still not received it back, for repairing i gave the handset to the Govind techno service, jodhpur, but it is not yet received to me yet, i need it urgently, because it is too long time duration for mobile handset repair, so either send me the same handset after repairing or send a new one, so that i can use it, or else i have to approach consumer court for my handset. Do the needful and trace it out or tell me the status...
Daily me and my brother has to travell from village approx.. 40 KM to jodhpur and we get response from your centre that will give tommorrow,
Could you please explain us who is going to bare the charges for up and down of 40 Km.
The way of service centre behaviour gives a feel that i will never go for the Spice mobile in future and advice others for the same.
Could you please take the steps to resolve the matter as soon as possible or i need to approach higher authority.
