[Resolved]  Spice Mobile Phones — Negligence in repair

I had purchased a SPICE mobile phone on[protected]. My handset SPICE S-650 is under one year warranty. After it developed some problem in its ringer and its loud speaker sound quality suddenly became poor, I submitted it to my nearest customer care centre of SPICE mobile in Bokaro Steel City.I had submitted it on April 01, 2009. Since then I have visited the customer care store 5 times and after 18 days, there is no sign of my mobile. The storekeeper is denying to provide any information to me regarding the same. He has sent it to some other city but he is refusing to share any information with me about the status of handset.

Kindly help me in this case.

Spice Mobile — The worst Mobile - spice mobiles

I have never seen any mobile which is so poor in quality and its service centers are worst in India. I got a mobile and it has become unusable in two months and there is no service centre available near Janakpuri.
sir i have spice d-88 phone. cdma sim are working properly but gsm sim not working in delhi. it works in rajasthan to hyderabad and i comes delhi so it can"t works

my mobile phone spice s-930 damage (dead) on 04.09.10 and deposit to balaji telecomes kalkaji on 06.09.10, but now (09.09.10)this time not receive to me. So, I request to please return to my mobile other wise i appeal into counser court.

Spice Mobile — Service Charge under warranty

Dear Sir,
I had purchased one Spice (M5252) mobile handset on 03.01.2010 from ESKAY MOBILE (Kharagpur) but on 24th August 2010 I found charging not working properly by that day I contact service centre at Midnapur (Mobile Plaza) they are cleaning the mobile (Job sheet no 0968)and said set was ok but that is not work properly after there service, on 01st October'10 I face some new problem everytime set was headphone mode so that I can not use normaly, again I contact service centre (Job sheet - 1265) but after checking they told for service charge 150/-. now my question is under warranty how to claim the service charge. At the time o[censored]se the handset soating may be leackage inside of set.

Pl check this matter as soon as possible.

Finally I have got my phone on 10th i.e. after 20 days

But I am surprised to notice that the phone body is not new. There are scratch marks in the same. Moreover, the screen of my phone did not have screen guard but the phone which I have recd. Is having. Since Already 20 days have passed I was in urgent need of my phone. So I have taken it

Would request you to look into the matter and take necessary action

Otherwise it would deplete the brand value of SPICE.

Dear Sir,

As per your mail below, I have visited the SPICE-authorized Service center M/s BILLENIUM SALES & SERVICE (P) LTD, Chowringhee Road Central Kolkata on 20th August.
They have assured me that it would be ready within 4-5 days. I visited the service centre again for collection after the due time but they told that handset has been sent to HO for rectification.

But till date I am yet to get the same. Continuous phone calls and visits to service centre elicits the same response that it is pending at HO.

You can very well understand my plight without phone. A new phone breaking down within 2 days of activation is bizaree. Morever, taking so much time for correction is giving lot of hardships

Would request you to take the corrective steps immediately and get my phone rectified. IF the same cannot be done in another 2 days, pl give a replacement.

2.Phone Auto Switch up 18th Aug’10

Spice Mobile Phones — Inferior Product Quality and Poor After sales service

The cellphone worked fine for 2-3 months and then started to run “Extremely HOT”. We should the phone to the reseller but he advised to take it to the Spice Service Center, “M/S SS Enterprises which is over 25km from the place I live.

The service center people were all occupied in there own things and we not dealing with the customers including me properly. After much pursuance, the service center person decided to take a look at the phone. He first said, it will take 4-5 days for inspection by them and if they would not be able to fix it, will send it to SPICE Company which will take Flat 20-25 days.

After a week of giving the phone, I had to visit the service center again to find out if its repaired since people at the service center either don’t pick the phone or keep it engaged all the time.

I had purchased a spice mobile model QT-60, in november 2010. In starting february 2011 it got problem in which mobile had gone to head set mode and general profile was unable to active. I handover my set to my nearest service centre at Jamshedpur (Dhatkidih) for further repair. After one week I got my mobile repaired with an additional new problem of low volume. What is this? This is to bring in your kind notice that i purchased a spice mobile handset model no. M 3636, Sl. no. [protected], Battery no. ZSB0462202, Adopter no. SIC-17, Bill receipt no. 221 on dated 08/07/010 with one year warranty period from KEJRIWAL SALES, PO: RENUKOOT, Distt. Sonbhadra (UP). Then during this period my mobile is is getting switched off automatically very frequently and going to dead then i give my cell to shop keeper twice on dated 2/2/11 and 25/2/2011 for rectify the problem but they are not able to rectified the problem and problem is still persist. I asked shopkeeper to return back the mobile and give me new one on replacement of the same but he is not willing to do so. Due to this i am suffering a lot mentally and physically as well. I think such type of response from shopkeeper will definitely not suited for reputed company like Spice. In this regard i request you to pl. kindly intervention on the matter and arrange to replace the faulty mobile with new one. I shall be highly oblige.

Spice Mobile Phones — Poor after sales service

I have purchased spice mobile model M-3636.After some time it developed a problem of Board(according to service center).It is under warranty.But for the past 3 months it is in the service center .Neither the center nor the company was able to rectify the problem.

Spice Mobile — Not repairing mobile

I bought new spice phone M-5700 from T-Communication two month ago. From that day i m facing the problem of auto restart. I gave my mobile 7 times to spice center(Maa Janki Enterprises) to repair it. They gave my mobile telling that obile is ok but when i come back home it have the same problem. Now the spice care is also not listening. I m in great tension and now my parents are also scolding me.Pease help me.
