[Resolved]  Spice Mobile Phones — Negligence in repair

I had purchased a SPICE mobile phone on[protected]. My handset SPICE S-650 is under one year warranty. After it developed some problem in its ringer and its loud speaker sound quality suddenly became poor, I submitted it to my nearest customer care centre of SPICE mobile in Bokaro Steel City.I had submitted it on April 01, 2009. Since then I have visited the customer care store 5 times and after 18 days, there is no sign of my mobile. The storekeeper is denying to provide any information to me regarding the same. He has sent it to some other city but he is refusing to share any information with me about the status of handset.

Kindly help me in this case.

Spice Mobiles — Unsatisfactory after sale services

I have purchased a spice mobile handset S-930 from HomeShop18.com 6 months back. After 6 months, there was some problem with mic so I went to service station (HARSH COMMUNICATION) for repair they asked me to get it back after 15 days as it was to be sent to chandigarh for necessary repair. After 15 days i received set with the same problem and incharge service centre advised me again to get it back after 15 more days but till date i have not received set dully repaired.
THIS IS TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT I PURCHASED A SPICE MOBILE HANDSET NO. M 5161 VIDE INV. NO.[protected] FROM SPICE RETAIL LT. CHOWK MATA RANI. LUDHIANA ON 4.7.2010
LAST TIME I GAVE IT FOR REPAIR AS IT AUTOMATTICALLY GOES IN SWITCHED OFF POSITION FEW TIME BACK D SAME PROB. OCCURS AGAIN NOW IT ADDED ANOTHER ONE WHICH IS OF DISTORTED SOUND OF BUILT IN EARPHONE SPEAKER I MEAN WHENEVER I SPEAKS WITH SOMEONE I LISTED HIS VOICE DISTORED AND SLOW I GAVE IT TO UR AUTH. SERVC CENTRE M/S HARSH COMMUNICATION CLOCK TOWER, LUDHIANA BUT AFTER 3 DAYS AFTER REP. SERVICE POINT HEAD IS ASKING ME TO SEND IT TO CHD. AND WILL GIV ME AFTER 21 DAYS. I AM REALLY VERY UPSET AS MY WHOLE DATA AND CONTACTS ARE IN IT. PL IMMEDIATELEY ARRANGE TO REP. Spice Mobiles — Not getting either repaired or new handset

Hi ,

I bought a new Mi-270 spice dual sim handset in June 2011 from Shipra Mall Spice centre.After a month of time the camera of handset started showing different colours.I submitted the handset at the centre only.It has now been around 15 days but i am not getting a proper reply from service centre they have taken my mobile and not giving me my handset back after repairing.

I dont understand that how come a one month old mobile handset face such problems and if it has a problem then company should replace the handset and provide me a new handset.

Service Charge under warranty
Dear Sir,
I had purchased one Spice (QT55) mobile handset on 17.02.2011 fro (HOME SHOP18)
but on 21th August 2011 I found (AUTO SWICHOFF) not working properly by that day I contact service centre at berhampur(orissa) they demand money but my phone is under warenty period
check this matter as soon as possible otherwise after a fortnity i shall bound to go through court of law.

I am owning your spice duel sim D-88, which was purchased from your Panaji, Goa Agent/Sub-Agent M/s Bhate Brothers, D.B.Marg, Panaji, Goa. As my mobile charger was functioning, I had approached your Spice Service Center at M.G.Road, Opp.Don Bosco School, Panaji, Goa on 5/10/2011. They check my mobile and charger and said I wll have to buy new charger, which was not available with them and they would order from Company and would ring me after 7 days. I visited them today after 10 days to inquire.The Girl on the Counter, who lacks courtesy and basic PR inform me to wait for 4 more days, even without checking any records. I doubt if at all she has placed any order, as I was not given any slip or order number. When I insisted to see the manager/in-charge, she says there is no manager. I reminded her harassing consumer in this way will attract Penalty under Consumer Protection law. Then I left the Office. Soon I started getting PRANK MISS CALLS from mobile No.[protected], which I presume is from this Service Center. I am yet to confirm it, to take legal action.

I have spice QT56 . My front glass is broken . Till last 3 months spice service centres at Ponda - Goa, Panaji _goa not able to provide front brokenglass.
Its miserable visiting and calling the service centres. Today i called up service area manager on the no. [protected].Hope atleast he can do something. hope management can do something. If not able to provide spares then shall shut down the sales...

My Name is Amit Singh Negi I have purchase a Spice mobile from the hotspot but my mistake is i have unfortunately broken my screen i have given to hotspot but he said that u have to go service center. i have given to the service center from the last three month they are giving me response that the touch of the mobile is come yet i have also told them that i am complaining in consumer court but they are ignore me. So pleaase kindly help me for this resolution

I had purchased spice mobile model MI 270 from shop HOT SPOT sector 35 Chandigarh 29th July. On 18th August its lost its screen looks. its was replaced on 20th aughust. on September again problem same was there. they repaired the phone. In january same problem was there i Lost all my data which was saved again it was repaired. on 24th January i faced the same problem now again it is in the workshop for repairing from last one week.I m losing all my work due to that substandard mobile for which i roaming every time to their spice service centre.

My husband, Vijay Kumar , purchased a Mobile Handset MI 270 From IMEI no.[protected] from Hot Spot Shop sector 35 Chandigarh. On 18th August touch screen lost its control It was replaced on 20th August. On September 19 again same problem was there again it was repaired. now on In january I had the same problem it was repaired now on 25th January same problem was there it was deposited in spice service centre. from last week I am losing my business due to that substandard product
