[Resolved] Spice Mobile Phones — new handset problem | |||
I HAVE PURCHASED A MOBILE HANDSET FROM NAAPTOL BACHAT BAZAR OF SPICE MOBILE MODEL NO. SPICE MOBILE - Mi 351, AND THE DAY I GOT THIS HANDSET IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, THERE IS VOICE PROBLEM IN THE HANDSET THE OTHER PERSON ON THE LINE CAN'T HEAR THE VOICE OF MINE CLEARLY AND EVEN I TOO CAN'T HEAR OTHER PERSON'S VOICE CLEARLY. SECONDLY PHONE IS HAVING VIBRATOR WHEN CALL CONNECTED WHICH CREATES IRRITATION WHILE CALLING, TO ME AND TO THE OTHER PERSON TOO, OTHER ONE WHEN THERE IS ANY CALL WAITING THERE THEN AGAIN A IRRITATIVE SOUND COMES AND WE CAN'T HEAR THE VOICE. I COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER CARE THEN THEY ADVISED ME TO GO TO VIGNESH SERVICES SECTOR 34 CHD. WHERE THEY JUST TOLD ME IT IS MANUFACTURING DEFFECT AND THEY CAN'T CHANGE IT JUST TAKE IT AS IT IS, AGAIN I MAILED AT CUSTOMER CARE OF NAAPTOL AND SPICE BUT ALL IN WAIN, NAAPTOL TEAM HAS NOT CONTACTED OR REVERT ME FOR THIS ISSUE AT ONCE, THEY JUST SOLD AND FORGOT. NOW AGAIN SPICE MOBILE ADVISED ME TO GIVE THE HANDSET AT CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE 34 CHD. (VIGNESH SERVICES) AND I DROPPED THE PHONE THERE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK, BECAUSE ITS A NEW HANDSET AND FROM THE FIRST DAY ITS HAVING PROBLEMS, AND UNDER REPAIR. I am Sonu singh raghav. i Live In Sector-12, Noida. i have purchase phone Spice D-88 Gold Ist Time Twenty Days Later phone dead. My Phone Return in 15 day&condition all body screach. after that Next days later Volume Increse& Dicrese Button not work. this Problem is solve But&My memory card is lost. Spice — handsets
on 28 may2009 i purchase spice c-810,,,,,,,,,after 15 days some problem occur in hansets,,,,,i gave handsets in service center parshant vihar...after 2 month he gave me handsets,,,,,aftrer that,,,20 days another problem come in handsets......3 times my handsets change,,,and take minimum 2 months for that,,,,,,,on 24 december 2009 again i give handset at parshant vihar service center,,,,,the due date is 15 january 2010,,,but he gave me after 2 month.....now that time he take 500Rs and give me a another new handset,,,and now again there is some problem in that handsets,,,,and battery not given,,,,,,,,another battery is give me and says when new come i will give you,,,,he demand 700Rs but he take 500Rs and give me new handsets...now what i do when again some problem in handsets......i reguest you please take some action again this problem/////Spice Mobile — Mobile handset problem
Sir,I purchased a Spice Mobile on 04.02.2010, and it was working fine, but it gets faulty in the end of June 2010, and the particulars given below are the the incidents
Starting July - Submitted to Services Center.
08.07.2010 - Return back to me in the morning
Starting August- Submitted again int he evening on the same day.
19.10.2010- Return again to me.
27.10.2010- Again submitted but returned back after some up gradation.
28.10.2010- Again submitted but returned back after some up gradation.
This process is still going on, I have 1 year warranty on my mobile and they took 4 months to rectify a problem, and during this my mobile was submitted in the service center.
No body there is taking responsibility for this and pointing thier finger towards the Company.
Kindly Suggest what should I do now.

Question : I purchased Spice M6262.mobile from Hariom Electronics.Delhi on[protected]. But very sorry to say that above mobile functions are not working properly and And Use BluTooth after All Setting are Change. Phone's ON/OFF switch not Spice is a very big company, but his mobile is not good.

Hi All ,I want to bring in notice about a phone which I have purchased from Spice . I will not recommended any one to purchase Spice costly phones (i.e more then 3000) as the response after service is too poor that cannot be imagined . They written some thing in manuals and you will get some thing else
I purchased a QT-95 in April 2011 I was dissatisfy with its Camera Quality they mention 3.5 MP but Picture quality was like a VGA camera , Many jar files were not able to install it started giving me problem on May 2011 the basic problem reported was It was unable to save FM channels and I cannot stop radio I need to switch off phone to get it turned off . I send many mails to costumer care but no response at end i send a rude mail and receive a mail after 10 days . Then one more problem started its Alarm was stop working (It rings for 20-25 secs and stop ) I give this phone to Service Center in Gurgaon but today is 21st day and still i am hearing phone repairing is still under process

when i purched c 810 after one days i found so many problems in this mobileafter that i submit my mobile in sarvice center They repaired my mobile in one month and after one day same problem in my mobile
