SPICE MOBILE -S-820 — PROBLEM WITH RINGER

I HAVE PURCHASE A SPICE MOBILE S-820 FROM THE MOBILE STORE LTD, SHOP NO.2, SURVEY NO.1571, VANINI NAGAR, DIAMOND POINT ROAD, BOWENPALLY, SECUNDERABAD.ON 10.02.09. WITH IN ONE MONTH TIME MY BOBILE SUFFER A RINGER PROBLEM AND FOR THAT I WENT TO THE MOBILE STORES LTD WHERE I PURCHSE THE MOBILE, THEY ARE GIVEN SERVICE CENTERE ADDRES FOR SERVICE PURPSOE. TOO MUCH TIME SHOW MY MOBILE AT SPICE SERVICE CENTER, ALL TIME THE PERSON TELL SPARE NOT AVAILABLE, AND AGAIN I VISTED THE MOBILE SOTRES LTD FOR WARRANTY REPLACEMENT.BUT THEY REPLY ME THAT THEY CAN'T GIVE REPLACEMENT. BUT TILL TODAY THEY HAVNT SOLVE THE MY PROBLEM NOR CHANGE ME THE MOBILE .

WHAT DO DO.?

sir, i am puneet kumar sharma from aligarh u.p, i had purchased a phone spice-s580. after one month it's display was not working properly i had given that phone to customer care on19th june 2009 and the customer care give me after one week time but sir my phone still not come yet.it almost about three weeks sir, please consider my complaint and take some action on it.

i have submitted my spice cell of model s-707n on 3rd aug as its charger was not charging and they told that it will take 1weak or 10 days for repairing but it is not yet repaired and when we call them for our queries they even dont attend the calls. what will I do as i m totally not satisfied with their service????? help me! !!! or else i'll go to the consumer court...following are the information about the shop and complaint no.:-

i have sent a complain to u 6 days ago but no action has been taken yet...i m totally disagree n dispointed with ur service...till today's date i din't got my cell back...i will wait till saturday then i will take legal action n this is my request to plz take some action and try to solve the problem till saturday...

Spice Model S-580 — Not responding and taken complain against Mobile

Sir/Madam,
with due to respect and inform you that I was purchase mobile from M/s. S. H. Muzaudin, Dalhousie Square Branch 19/02/2009 and they have issued a Guaranted card for 1 year for any problem but now they have to refuse to give the services.

you have not got for vista??? have you even for XP?? these spice mobiles are simply non sense, they dont even open all pages.
