I had purchased new Spice CDMA mobile Model C-5300 from Hotspot Retails Ltd., College Road, Nashik on 14th February 2010. From the begining the mobile had heating problem when used for more than 3 to 4 minutes. I handed over the mobile for repairing, to the authorised service centre of Spice mobiles in Nashik, around 3rd of March 2010. The Company sent me a used handset, not in a good condition, as replacement for my new handset at around 25th of March 2010. I declined to accept the repalcement and asked the service centre to provide me a new handset as replacement for my new handset. Today i.e. 14th of April 2010 the Company has sent me another used handset as replacement. Feedup with the attitude of the Company I have accepted delivery of the used handset. I wish to complain against the company Spice Mobiles and request that justice may be given to me by providing me a new handset as replacement for my new handset or refund of money in the alternative.
