Spice Jet Airlines — breakage of luggage ( briefcase)

I , K Ashok travelled by Spicejet SG1074 from Vizag to Hyderabad on 24 th feb 2012 by 11.50 hrs. PNR no of the ticket is KYL2DI and docet regd no. of the complaint given to customer service is[protected]. On arrival at hyderabad after coming out of the airport while boarding the taxi at the exit gate it was found that my suit case ( brand new ) kept in the luggage cabin of the flight was broken due mishandling by concerned staff of spicejet and the same is not fit for usage. Due to which i suffered a loss of Rs. 4,800- ( Rupees four thousand eight hundred only ) and put lot of inconvenience and mental agony. Forwarded for initiating immediate necessary action and with request to appropriate suitable compensation in the above case.
