Spidigo — NON INSTALLATION OF BROADBAND | |||
I have applied for a new connection of Spidigo through a representative Mr. Ankit Shudra (phone no. [protected]) and given Cheque for 15 months subscription for 512kbps/unlimited plan. The cheque has already cleared but the connection is not installed and the r representative giving answers like 2 hours, within 1 hour and the engineer is on the way etc.etc. and the connection is not installed. Now the representative is stopped to answer my call. The customer support is replying that they will entertain the complaint after installation. Sales office personnel saying complaint will attend customer support. I have applied this connection for my sons engineering admission and the process for admission is in the middle and the net connection is not provided by SPIDIGO. My name and address is N.P.
