hello ,

I am kamal khatri from chennai , in feb 2012 i had a back problem and my doc asked me to

change my mattres , and i bought a mattress from a company called springwel in march . it has a 10 year

warranty , within couple of weeks the mattress began to sag on the 2 side where me and my wife sleep .

when i contacted the company the accepted there was a defect and sent me a replacement .

the second mattress was worse than the first and began to sag in just 1 week . ( i weight just 75 kgs if your wondering )

and i again informed them and this time their regional sales manager from bangalore came to my house

and inspected it , even their chennai sales people came and saw the problem . and they agreed there was a problem .

now they have sent 2 other models , both of which are way out of my budget . this was 23,000 the other is 15 000 rs more !

i have given them 2 options , either refund the money and take back your goods or let me keep the one i preferred from the

2 sent at no addition cost .

both of which are not ok with them . i need your guidance on this . i have put every thing that has happened down on mail

to them .

awaiting your reply urgently as they are hounding me . to take back the mattress and leave me high and dry .
