Spurious parts used
I had given you two sets of Sony Music systems for repair on 25/08/2009 to M/s Club Electronics, authorized service centre for SONY, which were handed over to me on 27/08/2009 saying that these have been repaired and functioning perfectly, and was charged Rs.7000/- for repairs.
On installing the system at my home the system again started giving problem so I called sony's office the same day i.e 27/08/2009 around 4 PM and spoke to Mr. Dinesh ( Enigneer who repiared ) and was told that he would visit and check the same at the site.
After a week when nobody came I called again and got the same answer and the person gave me a complaint number I/12/05. The other system also started giving problems.
But again the same response when I called again, again I was given a complaint number K/14/03.
Since there was no response from their end I visited their service centre at south extension on 14/11/2009 along with both the sets which were kept there and another Job Information numbers were given.
I recieved a call from them that I would have to pay Rs.3000/- for repair of one set.
I wish to inform you that you that these people are using spurious or sub-standard parts for repairs that is why the set gets damaged the same day. This is their modus of working so that the poor customers come back to them and they keep on charging them again and again.
