I have purchased a Gents office folio bag on 08.02.2009 from the branch of Raja SC Mullick Road, Garia, Basu Market. On same day the holding strap was torned. I took the same for replacement on 10.02.2009. They took the bag and examining the strap which was torned. I told that I will not take back the same bag after repair and I want a new bag. They were simply passing time and finally when I chased they answered the they dont have the bag in stock so cannot be replaced right now. This is the way they behave with customers. i m purchase a shoe fro sree lathers. and then i swaped i debit card first time hdfc bank machine is called declined then 2nd time card swaped machine is payment recived.but my account amount is debited both times.
