Dear sir. I am a VLE of Srei Sahaj e-village limited. There is a SBI loan of Rs. 120000 for this business. The company promised to us that there will be enough income from this business to pay the loan. But, there is not much income from this business. So at this situation, I am unable to pay the loan installments. I am bachelor poor, there is not much monthly income in this business . In this business i can't maintain my family. So, now I want to quit from this business. But the company is saying that first I have to pay the bank loan and then they will do this. The loan is on the materials that the company has supplied is very low quality. I am telling them to take the materials that they have supplied me and cancel the loan. but they are not accepting this proposal. Now I am in a deep trouble with this business. Bank loan increased day to day.
In this situation please take necessary action.
