[Resolved]  SREI Sahaj E-village ltd. — i want to quit from the business

Dear Nupur,
I agreed with some extent to your complain. I have no data about the dates when you have to deposit EMI. I think they have given grace period of six months from loan sanction. According to agreement between State Govt. & SCA (e.g.SREI), they should guarantee revenue support to VLE, so that the VLE can pay the EMI. Revenue support means by giving some mandatory services of Govt. so that the VLE can get a fixed income.
Here I would like to inform you that CSC Scheme is a very very prospective & big scheme of Govt. of India. It may be some difficulties to increase income for the time being. Because the Scheme is not fully operational in all over India. But time will come, many many services will be rendered by CSCs that you may face difficulties to handle those.
To increase your income through CSC, I suggest some points :
1. Try to make awareness to local people about the scheme & services.
2. Advertise your CSC by means of Posters, Banners, Wall Painting and also distribute leaflets at doorsteps. (mention services given at your CSC).
3. Concentrate largely on E-Siksha (Basic Computers/Job Training), because through this only you can accumulate more income.
4. Set target of Student Registration (Minimum 5 per month)
5. Get in touch with Teachers of Schools, Colleges and try to convince about E-Siksha.
6. Advertise about Photo Printing
7. Create local agents for bringing customers (for E-Siksha) by paying some commission.

I can understand your situation. In this buisness, need more patient. so please have patient. I am also a VLE from Lucknow.In this company their workers do not corporate with VLEs. So please notice my suggestion.
1.concentrate on photography
2. selling recharge coupons.
3. labour for e shiksha

I agree with you frn.Your point is clear. Sahaj have failed to fullfill its commitment by not providing all the services mentioned in their menu to attract people in the name of government services and all.Today the service offered my sahaj is available in rs, 3000 by oxigen. even we can book air ticket which is not provided by sahaj.Moreover equipment provided by sahaj is not satisfactory.Despite taking the price as per market rate. So we should definitely go to consumer club for justice. Otherwise we will become bankrupt.Interest rate is also high by the banker.

dear sir, i am the vle of jalpaiguri, srei promise that one csc distributed in every 10000 people.but they distribute another csc within my 250meter.after i inform them they try to avoid this, now they says that for some official problem they cant provide me survice because kolkatta head office has withdrawn total survices for entire jalpaiguri distric, however they are deducting balance every month, what should i do??

it is a govt project launched by govt on the way of SCA and VLE s project was run all over india nearly 15 months yet there [govt] is no responsible from govt . it is the main reason SCA AND vle s loss their money .central govt must give running expenditure [6000] every month to all CSC s till all g2c services are available.

i would like to agree with your great positive attitude to increase the income of vle.. but fact smiles very badly
regarding all your suggestion one by one
1. what service and scheme?????????
2. about what????????
3. what is the browsing charge of one student for one hour and calculate the total amount and find the profit if you can find one???????????
4. after calculating you head will be spinning to register 5 students??????????
5. what is the cost of photo printing... the toner for hp 22 cartridge is nearly 2000 rupees and hp 21 cartridge is 850 and hp 21b cartridge is 350... anyhow the profit of photo alone will not help to pay the rent and current bill as well as browsing charges...

recharge coupons, if i sell 1000 rupees for idea then i get only 2.10 paise.. and after deduction i get 1.97... any more suggestion about recharge coupon...
