[Resolved] Sri Munusamy Gas Agency / Bharat Gas — Defective cylinder supplied not replaced | |||
Hi Team, My consumer No. is MGA-39209. I booked for a new cylinder and was supplied a defective cylinder. The problem with the cylinder is that the gas does not come to the oven. The delivery boy came and checked it and he initially said that the oven has a problem. I called the sunflame technician and he said that the oven which was less than 10 months old was perfectly fine and that the cylinder or the regulator has a problem. The number of Sri Munuswamy Gas Agency is never attended by it's staff and comes as busy. So I went to their office last saturday on 8th January 2011 and their technician was supposed to come within 4pm as per their words but instead he called and asked me the problem and said the problem is with the cylinder. Then till date I went twice but they have not replaced the cylinder. It's going to be around a week and they only make excuse and does not give any resolution not do they replace the cylinder.
