Sri Vasavi Mobile is a Cheat. Avoid that shop like plague. Their owner Rajesh is a crook. They strip all parts of a system / product and then sell it to guillible consumers. Their usual story while selling is some accessories that are supposed to be part of the product are not available. When you contact them after a few days their response is "This is not part of the package, and that you have to buy it separately". They will also not install the systems on time.
These beggars have a lousy attitude to top it. If you ask them they will answer you rudely. Avoid this shop to avoid getting cheated.

Dont go to Vasavi Mobiles. Have purchased a BlackBerry 9780 for Rs. 27000 from Vasavi. It stopped functioning right in the first week. I went to the Sri Vasavi at Usman Road to get it replaced, but I got a very poor and rude responce from the sales guys in the shop. Then I spoke to Sri Vasavi's MD Rajesh. He was so rude and said that he wont replace, do whatever you want. I have got 1000 customers, losing one customer won't impact my business.
Then I came to know from one of my friends saying that they buy the refurbished models from different mobile vendors(specifically Blackberry, Samsung, LG, Karbonn), at a lower cost. And they sell for 300 to 1000 Rupees more than other vendors.
Have seen similar comments from so many of them on web now. I wish I could have seen them before :-(

I agree to this complaint.
Sri Vasavi Mobile sell refurbished products and also replace some parts with cheap fake items (battery etc., ).
Never purchase mobile from Sri Vasavi Mobiles, save your money !!!
