i had been using SSV broadline (ISP) services from 2 months let me tell you it not worth it to spend your hard earned money on their services , you even won't get 15 days services in a month , there is no proper response to the customers they have the most uncultured people in their league who don't know how to talk with the customer
I would request to take a strict action against them so that they cannot cheat any one in the future
Mine experience is absolutely the same as above. I used to make monthly payments of Rs. 450.00/- for unlimited internet service which 60 to 70% of time I never got to use. People at SSV wont even allow me to meet their boss so that I could complain & get my problem solved. I was their customer for more than a year but they don't really understand value of a customer.
I have taken a internet broadband connection (3 months plan) 2 weeks back and I mfacing a lot of problem with that it is disconnected daily at 11 pm and every
morning I have to call the customer care... and your field engineer's attitude is
also very rude.. Now its totally disconnected..
I hope you will take any serious action about this, otherwise disconnect it, I dont want your service any more...

I am also facing the same problem like all other people. I pay for a month and get internet service for hardly 15-20 days. SSV people are bloody baggers. When they have to collect money, they will come a day before exact between 7-9pm so that most people will be available at home. and when we register any complain about any problem then they will take at least a week to entertain us. their engineer can come at any time on working days and if you are not at home, they close your complain without making a call to you.
in one line ...SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOR...
It is the worst in terms of Customer care, my expiry date of Internet is deducted every month despite having unlimited usage plan. also when i complaint about this in their customer care they that you have to pay or your net would be disconnected. then i asked their headoffice no., they gave me a no. which always seems to be busy. Thinking of disconnecting now
Horrible, Big claims but downright horrible. They've tied up with fivenet and are providing upto 10mbps connection for 8.5k per year. Sounds fantastic right? Hahahahahahaha. the word UPTO holds a great value in the statement so dont fall for the 10mbps shit. Downright unprofessional and FUCKALL...
Very fluctuating line, keeps going off. connection keeps timing out. very frustrating while surfing. alright to download but super unreliable...
iam the subscriber for one of the SSV net at panvel, i get the same response, they have uncultured people who dont know how to speak with the customers. most of the time the internert remains down and doesn't speed up to the mark. but i still have to use because we dont have any cable net provider in the same area
bhenchod paise lene bara bar ate aur unka woh jhatu enginner land se engineer jhatu ko kuch ata nahi ...sirf hilake jata wire aur 5 min bad fir se net gayab ... fck up ssv net so advice who are new dont pay them again take a new other connection of different brands of net but never take SSV fcked up net
I will tell from my experience with the SSV worst worst WORST customer service. They dont answer calls keep on holding for hours and the net connection is worst every after 2 days they have issue with the network. I have taken connection and paid for 3 month package i just got 1 month connection rest of the 2 month it was completely Shut down when i call these Buggers they says we will fix and it took another 2 month to fix the proper internet and by the time the package got Expired and Hell these Fraud ASS HOLES ask for the Next recharge and Keep begging for the Recharge.
seriously even i agree...i have 2 make calls continously for keep my net working...dammit...i work online & senfd articles...it always goes wen i am so need of it...i lost one full contract & 20 articles of my customer...Morever...d customer dint even deal wid me anymore...Really damn bad internet service...if i hav 2 make a call...either they dont pick itup...or they only say an engineer will cum...who has never cum in my house ...
