worst service I ever seen ... I sent a courier on 23rd Aug and still it is in on the way (thats what they are claiming !!) . The courier is from bangalore to palakkad.

ST Courier — Service is worse than Normal Post, never reach

I had sent a courier from Chennai to Urapakkam(~25kms) on 15th June 2010.but till today 19 June 2010 it was not received.it was sent through ST COURIER COMPANY. No response from the company. I wasted 50Rs in making phone calls to tack. Daily they will say it will get delivered today, but will never get delivered. They never say the problem.

I had sent a courier from Arni to Bangalore on 11th Aug 2010. but till today 31 Aug 2010 it was not received .it was sent through ST COURIER COMPANY. No response from the company. I wasted 150Rs in making phone calls to tack. Daily they (Chennai & Arni courier office) will say it will get delivered today. They never say the problem.I dont know how to proceed and get back my courier. Please help me to get it.

Very Worst branch ST Courier is Arni - T.V. Malai Dist, Tamil Nadu.

I called Karikalan (Arni Branch), the person incharge for Courier dispatch but there was no proper response.

When I went personally to meet him, he told it was raining in bangalore, Yesterday he told vehicle has met with accident but I called the chennai branch they told that courier is in Villupuram branch.

i hv booked a cover contains 3 products & one brown cover contains 2000 rs cash inside. vide my dc no.[protected] dt 18/11/10. frm salem to karur.

on nxt day cover hasbeen delivered with two articles missng from the inside of cover. i.e cash brown cover and one product worth Rs.350/. So totally i lost 2, 350/- for using ur service.

i lodged the complient to ur slm hub office. and till now no reply frm ur end. and i hv a doubt that R UR manpowers r reliable R not?.

Hw can i use ur service once again i[censored] r doing like this.

ST Courier — Not a Proper Delivery

I was booked one parcel chennai to trichy - 620001. but the courier people don't know the address. it is near to your courier office., then how to delivery on other address..,

I SENT ONE COURIER FROM NAGERCOIL TO ERUVADI(nellai DT)ON 4TH JAN 2011 THROUGH ST COURIER AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THEY ASSURED THAT THE GOODS WILL BE DELIVERED ON 5TH JAN MORNING OR EVENING,
BUT STILL THEY DID'NT GET.

I think ST Courier is one of the worst courier in the Country, so people you doesn't sent ST courier. It is very very bad. in the india. so you people send courier to Govt / Professional

I was to receive a parcel from Chennai which was booked on 7th March 2011 for Delhi . my consignment no. is[protected]. Today is 11th March, 2011. I am running piller to post to know the status but of no avail. It is a a Fraud Courier Company which has hired other Fraud Companies in different cities. For Delhi they have hired ondot courier which are another fraud.

Hi I send one courier on 30 April from Mathur(Krishnagiri Dt) to Gollamadugu, Pallur Post Chittoor Dt(AP).. But not yet received courier..Courier Bill no.[protected].. I called to Head office Landline Number.. but not picking and the bill contains 2 mobile number And i called that no's also but that saying Switched off.. So i dont know what to do... Is this Really Courier office or Cheated office.. But Professional is very best.. Dont use ST Courier .. they all are Cheated fellows

I sent a courier on 5th May thru st Courier Service, neither it reached the receiver nor to me.that to local chennai address only. still they r searching, i dont know what happened.
When i made the complaint, still it is in process. i dont know, when i called up they said their network is not working.

If this is going to continue, they are looser of the customer.

ST Courier — delay

I had send courier from kovilpatti to chennai. but not received to considered place. courier no is[protected]. date is 24 /10/11. this very poor services and no responses to customer . head office all phones are swithed off.

So, here is my review about the worst courier service on this planet.
I had to send an urgent courier to kolkatta, rushed to ST Courier at 7:30 pm, and handed over my consignment. I was charged 60rs
and was promised that the documents will reach the destination within 2 days. It has been over 10 days and the courier has still not reached the desired destination !! These people are cheats. This document that had to be delivered was very important and a lot of time and effort went into preparing it. Kindly do not trust ST Courier. They are number one frauds. Also this is my second experience with them (of courier not being delivered). I have so far sent 4 couriers with them.
Even if ST Courier is the last courier service you wish to choose, do not go with them.
