I purchased a Samsung SIII smart phone from bajaj electronics on 20 April 2013. I purchased with offer of 15% cashback using standard chartered credit card. I converted it to EMI. Its been around 3 months, I have not yet received 15% cash back. I have been emailing these guys since 2 months. This bank is bluffing customers. I am irritated with their behaviour. The complaint number that is registered with the customer care of standard chartered bank is KMM14396758V16988L0KM. Here are the details of the purchase. Idea — undue levy of bill and bad behaviour
I had subscribed to Idea connection in dec, 2007 (mob no. [protected]) but was highly dissatisfied with the poor services and the rude behaviou of the staff. I paid all my due bills on 6, march, 2008 and submitted an application to disconnect my no. In july, i started receiving calls that my payment is due. they have been calling me on my new tata no. day in and day out and also on the nos. of ppl whom i call !!despite my repeated explanations to them that i unsubscribed from their service in march, they are not ready to understand. instead they indulge in bad behaviour and use foul language . kindly help me get rid of these people. this is the first and last time i subscribed to idea. this is the worst mobile service i have seen.
