I HAVE PUT UP THE PAPER RELATING TO TRADE SERVICES ON 20/10/2008 WITH OFFICE BOY RAJESH (GIRGAON BRANCH ) 2ND DAY SAID WE HAVE BEEN TOLD RBI WAS CLOSED DUE TO STRIKE, 3RD DAY (22/10/2008) WE HAVE BEEN TOLD THERE WAS SOME ACCOUNTS TO BE OPENED 4TH DAY AT 2 O CLOCK (MR RAGHU RELATIONSHIP MANAGER FORT BRANCH ) THERE WAS 1 DOCUMENT (BOARD RESOLUTION ) PENDING 5TH DAY (24/10/2008) WE HAVE BEEN TOLD YOUR REMITTANCE TRANSFERED TO BENEFICIARY WHEN I GOT CALL FROM BENEFICIARY (HONGKONG ) THERE WAS NO AMT RECEIVED YET THEN I CONTACTED WITH PRIYA GIRGAON BRANCH WHE TOLD THERE WAS TREASURY CLOSED EARY WE WANT TO KNOW IS THIS TYPE OF SERVICE PROVIDING ? WE WASTE ENTIRE WEEK FOR FOLLOW UP THESE PEOPLE WE DONT EVEN GET POSITIVE RESPONSE ANY OF THE STAFF OF STANDARD CHARTERD BANK WE KEPT SUFFICIENT FUND FOR REMITTANCE SINCE A WEEK WHO WILL GOING BEAR ALL LOSSES DUE TO DELAY THERE WAS NO ONE RESPONSIBLE PERSON IN STANDARD CHARTERED BANK THESE ARE THE PROBLEM CREATED DUE TO IMPROPER TRAINING PROVIDED TO SRAFF BEFORE PROCEED THE COURT, I THOUGHT THAT I WILL PUT THE COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COMPLAINT REGDS AMIN Was this information helpful? | |
