15th April, 2013 To Mr.Ravichandran Officer -Customer Care Standard Chartered Bank Consumer Banking Customer Care Unit Chennai Subject: Standard Chartered Bank Card No. [protected] This in reference to my e-mail dated March 22, 2013. I am not at all satisfied with your reply . You are just escaping from the main issue . Your statement with respect to above mentioned card is null and void . Please find attached Credit Card Statement Analysis for your kind consideration . Following discrepancies are observed as per Credit Card Statement Analysis 1. I have not used the card since 6th July , 2010 2. As per statement for the period 6.2.10 to 6.3.10 , you have mentioned Rs. 22449.48 as previous purchase . What do you mean by previous purchase . Please furnish me the entire details. As per my record I have made a purchase of Rs. 23,233.87 only . 3. Unrealistic Financial Charges: Rs. 1,01,172.88 ( Not acceptable ) a) Late Charges Rs.21700.00 b) Interest Rs.63972.88 c) Over limit Charges Rs. 15,500.00 Total Rs. 1,01,172.88 When I have stopped using the card since july 2010 , you have no right to charge any amount towards over limit charges after July 2010. Interest amount is also not acceptable to me . You have no right to charge any amount towards Late charges as baring from few occasions I have made timely payment . More ever you had intentionally deposited the cheques after the due date to enjoy the late charges. 4. I have made a payment of Rs. 1,03,710/- as on date. ( Which is double the amount of the total outstanding amount shown in your letter dated 23.3.2013.) Please stop sending SMS & threatening calls and earnestly request you refund excess amount and issue me a No due Certificate as on 31.3. 2013 at the earliest Was this information helpful? | |||

I am in receipt of your letter dated 23.3.13( Scanned Copy attached for your reference). Please find attached Credit Card Statement Analysis for your kind consideration . Following discrepancies are observed as per Credit Card Statement Analysis
1. I have not used the card since 6th July , 2010
