[Resolved]  Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card — SCB Credit Cards.... No support, No transparency... Most irresponsible Customer care Team

I am very unhappy with PHONEBANKING SERVICES of "standard chartered bank gold credit card". Actually I have lost my card on 24/11/07 and then tried so hard to reach the phone banking to block my card and finally when on 26/11/07 anyhow I contacted the phone banking they told me that there have been three transactions of retail on 24/11/07 worth Rs. 38000 approx. They were not able to tell me that where these transaction has been made and on this ground as per them even I cannot raise the Complain or dispute.
Finally on 27/11/07 again after struggling for 2 hours they told me that one transaction of Rs. 24769 has been made in Reebok, Delhi but they were not able to share the store name with me. Also they disclosed that one transaction of Rs. 10000 and one for Rs. 4096 has been made..... but Where? No answer.
Then they sent me the dispute form and told me to fax it back but only for the Reebok transaction. I faxed it back. Again on 28/11/07 I called they told me that your request for dispute has been forwarded, but when today on 29/11/07 I called them to know the status they are telling me that they have not received the fax but most strange thing is that I have the delivery receipt with me... secondly Today they are saying that there were only one transaction of Rs. 14096,and the most strange thing is after 6 and half day of transaction they are not able to tell me the name of the merchant. They are very irrisponsble..... I have not recieved a single call from them after my so many calls!!!!!!!!!!!

manhattan platinum card — incomplete information on phone

one day I got a call from Bangalore that you are a important customer of scb and you are selected for manhattan card which will give you addition advantage of 6000 rupee per year .when i used this card at patrolpump they charged 2.5% extra and i contact on helpline they refused to give cashback.so kindly cancel this card and restart my old supervalue card ,i was happy with that card no.[protected] 0914 dr kg gupta mob [protected]

I called last 5-6 days before about the status he says your application is under process, Your executive hasbeen verified clear from my office place & residentail address. But today I call again the customer care for my application status then she says that I've not any records about your application. Please check this.

Here i am C.KR. PALANIAPPAN from Chennai and my Credit Card No.is.[protected] i have applied and get it on last Dec after that i have purchase one consumer product and swipe the card becomes decline next i ll ask customer care they said your amount has been transfer to bajaj allianz insurance for Rs.18000/- i said totall cheat me and i am upset and io am not using the card in future or otherwise you can cancell my card. This is was approaching so many times and i cant get any clear details but after two months one of the [person said you can surrender the insurance, at the same time i have gone to so many baranches opf Bajaj allianz and last only i get the clear address on anna nagar of chennai and surrender the insurance orignal policy and get an acknowledge from there. And at the same time so many person call me on every month what about the balance due i said i am a patient dont disturb me i will surrender the policy and get an acknowledge from that coy. last two days back one person call me and call to customer care and confirm the cancell and request today i call them and said to cancel but they will said your card is already in cancell position so we not accept the request.So, please cancel my card and dont disturb me in future or otherwise i will meet in legal way this is my maild id for your reply [protected]@yahoo.com. thanking you.
