[Resolved]  Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card — Incomplete disclosure to sell products

Hi,
I got information about an offer from SC bank credit card which included offer from Travel port for 2 days night stay in the hotel of my choice, dining card and apollo health check up. I was told that for the Travel port I just need to give them a call to bool the hotel and during peak time i just need to inform them 28 days in advance to the least. But once i recieved the document i can see that i have to pay 1300 for domestic and 1500 for international booking. Also, there is no service during holidays and peak time.
I was also told that if i will pay in EMIs and if i am not satisfied with the services i will have to refund the kit and i will receive 75% of the amount paid. Now when i contacted the customer care, i am told that they will deduct 75% on the full amount.

Please help us from the credit card frauds prevailing around. Thanks
