[Resolved]  Standard Chartered Credit Card — Worse service

I sufferred worse credit card service from Standard chartered with imaginary bills and improper updates
of loss of credit cards and charging the customer, ironically ...in my case it was marked huge than my purchase and i went for a settlement and recieved a letter from their collection team, and thats not been updated in credit card details ...more than that worse customer care the representative denies even to transfer the call to supervisor...

Over all worse which affects my cibil score aswell
