[Resolved] Standard Chartered Credit Card — submitting of wrong information to cibil | |
I HAVE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER:[protected] FROM STANDARD CHARTERED BANK, I HAVE BEEN A PROMPT PAYMENT PERSON. I HAD SPOKEN TO THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE REGARDING MY CARD , way back on 30/04/2008 ( i have all records of date , time & name of person spoken to) they collected all my information & promised that the reversal is done This was for only Rs.1800/- Approximately. Last week i applied for a car loan & they informed that my CIBIL rating is low & this has shocked me. that till date they have not reversed the charges. I have called the customer care number[protected] at CHENNAI- i they have given my request numbers & promised to check my details & call back to clear this matter, but all in vain. I am sorry to see the un professional attitude of SCB, The refe details are as follows:- 1) 12/09/2009 BL01/09/09/417927/E01 Ms.ARCHANA- 1.40PM 2) 22/09/2009 BL01/09/09/472712/C01 Mr.VIPUL - 2.40PM i have paid 1 LAKH Advance for my CAR & Rs.10 LAKHS LOAN is not being sanctioned due to the neglegiance of SCB. I am having Credit Cards of CITIBANK & with a Limit of Rs.3 LAKHS & Above & it is going on smoothly. I need you to help me get out of this.
