[Resolved]  Standard Chartered Credit Card — charged credit card interest

Dear sir,

Iam holding standard charted Credit card : ([protected])

They have charged extra interst on my credit card even i have issued the cheque in time.

this is in the year 2006 and 2007

iam writing this mail 5th time.

Pls see iam explaining my STMT from October to Februaryy..

Again they included old balance 2286.61 and sent this stmt again i dropped cheque in november 30th @ 5980 i deleted interest
(350.00,176.48,64.44) i paid 5980.

Again they debited in to my account to the old cheque @ 2287 rupees. this they have to pay to my account.

same thing i fax to the standard charted fax number = 24919180.

In December they are again charged interst and service tax but they are not included my payment @ 2287.

They only reversed my late charge but they are not reversed my interest and service tax.

In this stmt they are borrowed to me @ 2295 after reversal of my interest and service tax in november. And they are debited in to my account @ 2287 including this.

But they sended above stmt with out this money @ 2287 and they included interst&service tax again.

140 rs they added again in december stmt.

i am aware of my balance is in standard charted bank so that i have purchased 2205.03 in january.

Again they included late charges&interest ser tax and previous balance agagin.

In this time i will get 87 rupees from standard charted bank.

This month they are credited my previous cheque i dropped @ november.

they have to pay to me @ 87 ruppess according to the above stmt.

when i called to customer care in december they told we will reverse all excees amount.

but they only reversing later chare and server tax they are not reversing the interest.

This is not my fault iam dropping cheque @ every month they only did the mistake to credit my november cheque @ february and asking to pay more money.. still i already informed them and faxed also my bank stmt.


Hence i dont want to pay any money to your bank. You have to pay money @ 87 to my account.

If you have any doubts in above pls contact me ASAP.

Why because iam disposing my Standard charted credit card.
