[Resolved] Star Cj Alive — false claims on free gift | |||
I ordered products from star CJ alive during their Holi promotion (Order no. [protected]) , they had promised that free Holi gift of lock n lock will be delivered between 1st to 10th April. When I did not receive the gift I rang the customer care on 11th, 20th, 23rd, 25th, 27th, 29th April and also lodged a compliant on customer board of Star CJ alive website on 23rd, 29th and 3rd May, everytime false reassurances have been provided to me on phone and in written that the gift will be delivered in 2 working days. This is a big channel showing false promises and claims on TV, we really need to take action against people saying such lies on television. Was this information helpful? | |||

we ordered a philips 32" lcd tv,with that we were supposed to get a polaroid camera and vediocon d2hlive kit but the company took 250000RS and delivered us only gift vouchers of RS1200 and rest of the items are missing from invoice no uoooooo22793.we are giving them regular calls but they we will give you a call.Either THE COMPANY IS FRAUD OR THE EMPLOYEES ARE THIEVIES. i perchase samsung convection 28 litter model no CE104VD.i perchase sum of rupeese Rs.9990 date 13.7.2011.ok.star cj free gift box open gift is missing recipebook and gloves set.i complaint many times but no result.star cj alive staff very care less.why are you dont deliverd my recipe book and glove set it was my mistaken that i have perchased from star cj kindly I inform you that i m your old coustamer.i perchase samsung convection 28 litter model no CE104VD one day offer. plzzzzzzzzzz imegetlee action.
