[Resolved] Star Cj Alive — faulty samsung champ mobile | |||
Harassment by STARCJ on not changing the Samsung CHAMP mobile bought online within one year of purchase. Screen Display is not at all working and Samsung service centre has denied to acknowledge the invoice provided by STARCJ to carry out repairs on warranty. After repeated calls to customer care at[protected], and long waiting no one is able to provide solution to this matter. Warranty for this mobile will lapse on 15th Oct 2011 this week and still no response from STARCJ. I have been promised thrice for a call back however, there are no call backs to address this issue. I want a replacement of the handset immediately, as my lone purchase from STARCJ has proved not to be worthy of discussing with any of my friends or peers.
