non delivery of gift items
i had book order no. [protected] for glass gas stove. i received only stove but Gift items with order has not been received yet. despite regular follow up with customer care they have not taken any action. This company has cheated me after receiving full payment.

If matter has not been sorted out then i will go to consumer forum,

Rectify my issue as soon as possible
