Star CJ - Defective Items delivered, Complaint registered but no refund

I ordered for a artificial jewellary set on Sep 2011, and I got the items on Oct 3. These were found defective and I immediately complained to Star CJ. They promised to give me the refund but it has been more than 6 months they have not given any refund to me.
