I order for Dermaseta Mini Spa from Star CJ with condition that if Not suit my skin then I retrn back product to u & get 100% refund. Because of not suit my skin I file complain to Star CJ & complain registered on 08/03/2013 But still now no person received Product from me & as per talk with customer care executive I send Product to given Address two times but Address given by them is out of service from All courier & post Kindly help me for My Refund because No response received from Star CJ i also talk many times with Senior but No solved My issue Kindly help me Was this information helpful? | |||

Star CJ — Defective Items delivered, Complaint registered but no refund
I ordered for a artificial jewellary set on Sep 2011, and I got the items on Oct 3. These were found defective and I immediately complained to Star CJ. They promised to give me the refund but it has been more than 6 months they have not given any refund to me.Amarjeet

Very few reputed companies gives real refund. I know one such but we never will have reason to ask for refund.

Star CJ — Seeking refund of defective product
I had purchased one Jewelry set which was defective. On complain they have taken back the product but till date i am waiting for the payment. It is approx. 4 month I am waiting for the payment. On my many complains (Complaint ID[protected] over telephone no response is forwarded.They always says to wait.It was my first purchase from Star CJ and this was very bad experience.
I hope Star CJ will realize customer problem through this complain and will take necessary action at the earliest.
