[Resolved] Star Cj — return and cancellation of order | |||
A order of designer jewellery, Romance collection of Sia through online shopping through Star CJ on 29 OCTOBER 12. As always they have been very disciplined and timely delivery of the product after payment of the same through Credit card of HDFC. After receiving the package within 03 days, as per the policy of the company, the product could be returned/cancelled within seven days of receiving the product. The order no [protected] was cancelled on the day of receiving of the product i.e 02 Nov 12. But, after giving a call on the regular basis on action has been taken till date i.e 19 Nov 12. Regular assurance has been given regarding the collection of the package and money being returned as early as possible but no solid and actionable work has been done. Over and above the customer care executives are not able give any feedback or response, even being sometimes being very rude in speaking. The money has been charged to my credit card and its due date is 20 Nov 12, even being forced to pay the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
