[Resolved]  Star Cj — Shoe replacement and refund

Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased one pair of shoes from Star Cj and it is not a good quality moreover not comfortable shoes. Also at the time of advertising they have given details of Lotto shoes but at time of delivery they have given one unbranded local shoes. I have request them for making refund and replacement after giving replacement three times they are not responding me positively and also denying to refund my valuable amount.

I have alredy mention the shoes is not comfortable in my foot but they are not listening my voice and always put my call on long hold for not providing solutions.

Please help.
