[Resolved]  State Bank Of Hyderabad. Debit Card — false withdrawal

My name is K.K.S.S.Teja.I have attempted to withdraw Rs.5,500 from a Bank of India ATM located at Kothi,Hyderabad AP with my State Bank Of India debit card no.[protected]; account no. [protected] on 18th october 2009 at 10:25 pm.I did not receive any cash but my account was debited the aforesaid amount and my subsequent balance enquiry showed the same.The printer of the afore mentioned ATM was not working but the error given on screen was "Transaction timed out".
I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me out.Plz see to it that i get my money.
