[Resolved]  State Bank Of Hyderabad — REFUND MONEY/INVALID DEDUCTION

I V Narahari having accounts in SBH ,Branch aler dist-Nalgonda,A.P.
My Card No is[protected] .
i observed that Rs. 3020 was deducted from my accounts ,but
my knowledge i didn't withdrawn or didn't any transaction ,showing that you
used ATM ICICI at ECIL ,i already gave written complaints in branch for
same on 10/5/12 but there is no response from branch personnel and i did
not received any information.when i went to branch that time only they
are informing.this cause the delay in action and i loosing my important
time and money.

same thing happened on 4/7/12,my statement showing Rs.7000 from my accounts
as i didn't any transaction,the same information is showing for
transaction.

My complaints No is AT[protected] for Rs.3020 and for Rs.7000
i didn't received any No.

this service will cause customer dissatisfaction and it may cause
loose costumer .

so please look after to this matter and do necessary action.
