block the atm card

I LOST MY ATM CUM DEBIT CARD.SO PLEASE BLOCK MY ATM CUM DEBIT CARD.MY ACCOUNT NUMBER IS 62015757076 .SO PLEASE SEND A NEW CARD ASAP.
