This may not be a complaint but the approach and rules of SBH towards customer needs are so dissatisfying.
To change a mobile number of for sms alerts they cost 150/-.
To change the address of dispatch for bank related documents 150/-.
Every thing that can be made easy are tough in Statebank groups it seems. For every small thing that a customer needs, such as mobile number updating, forgot profile password or login password and to get new passwords and so on, a hardcopy of document should be submitted.
I don't understand what are they going to do with a hardcopy of doc I submit.
Govt bank. Govt Salary. Either work or do not work. will get salary. Until the approach changes they cannot change their business attitude.
Let them think why people are opting for Private sector banks. The only thing is userfriendlyness of the banks transactions and internet facilities is the main reason.
I am not sure about the banks other approaches.
In my town almost 200-300 people come in and go out of the bank every hour for transactions. Their is only one account pay-in slip counter for the whole bank. If there is a account transaction to be done in the bank, I should take a half day leave to complete it. Almost 50 peolpe will be in queue at peak times and days waiting. Even then there will be no change in the banks operation.
Internet banking have so much to be rebuilt or make user friendly changes.
