Dear sir/mam i booked an ticket through irctc site on inter net and money from my account has been deducted as in statement it is showing pos[protected] & pos[protected] but i didnot got any massage of seat reservation on my mobile so went to reservation counter to get reservation to new delhi in neelanchal express on 2nd of june 2012 so kindly return my money to my account that is 2*267=534Rs.
