[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Mobile banking error

Address:Assam

Sir please help me. Got this message:- Could not retrieve balance. Please try later. Code=12 Tid=[protected]
but money deducted. And 2nd one is:-
Request accepted for processing payment of Rs 10 to TOPUP Code=949 Tid=[protected]
in this also balance deducted from bank ac but didnot get any balance in my mobile.I thaught it will b reversed as sometimes it takes time but its been hours but not reversed even no messeges....sir please help me out.....
