[Resolved]  State Bank of India — ATM Amount Debited Related

Dear Team
I have withdrawal Rs 3500 from 1 of ATM OF SBI Vijay encalve (110045).on 04th feb 2013.But money did not come out form atm . Instantly i contact to Customer care regarding this they said that money will be credited to may a/c .on 12th feb i got a msg that my complaint has been resolved .But again i did not get my money back on 13 th i again made a complaint in my home branch Add-RZ-F-3 MAHAVIR ENCLAVE .
But still i am not getting any response from my home branch .Mr.ANIL RAO the branch manager is not giving any proper respone .This is almost 23 Dyas i did not get my money back.Now if am trying to Talk to MR.Rao he is not picking my cal as well.

Dear sir/mam kindly find the deatil mentioned below and help me Asap and penalise SBI for the same as i require my money urgently but i m not getting it.
